our classes
the flight optionswhere do I start?
If you are a complete newbie to aerials, its best to start with our Intro classes - either Intro Lyra/Hoop, Intro Silks or Beginner Hammock. Or for a more relaxed start, you could give Aerial Yoga a try!
Once you have built up a knowledge of the basics, other classes that require more strength and don’t offer a beginner class become easier to join in with. Classes such as Rope, Trapeze and Alternative Apparatus cater less for newbies and are better suited to students who have a good grasp of the basics of aerials.
There are only two classes we don’t allow complete newbies to, Alternative Apparatus and Open Training, which is for safety reasons. Check out the table opposite for more info, or drop us a line if you’d like more advice on where to start!
